La banda de hard rock, AC/DC, se formó en Australia en 1973 (más información aqui).
El album For Those About To Rock We Salute You se editó en 1981 y fue relanzado en 2003 como parte de la serie de remasters de AC/DC. Su nombre está inspirado en un libro que Angus Young leyó sobre gladiadores romanos llamado For Those About To Die We Salute You (aquellos que van a morir te saludan). Se refiere a las palabras que decían los gladiadores al emperador antes de luchar.
Todas las canciones fueron compuestas por Angus Young, Malcom Young y Brian Johnson.
Según leí en la web este album lleva vendidas más de 4 millones de copias en Estados Unidos.

AC/DC :: Shockingly Rare (2006)

AC/DC es una banda de hard rock formada en 1973 en Melbourne, Australia, por los hermanos Malcom y Angus Young. Al momento de su formación contaban con Dave Evans como vocalista. Sin embargo los fanáticos tienden a dividir la historia del grupo en dos etapas: la de Bon Scott (1974-1979) y la de Brian Johnson (1980-actualmente).

Shockingly Rare no es un album regular de la banda. Se los dejo en 2 versiones, p2p y directa (usar el pass: diaboliq).
