Cadaveria es una banda de "Symphonic Horror Metal". Nació en abril de 2001 en Biella, Italia, creada por los ex miembros de Opera IX: Cadaveria y Flegias (Marçelo Santos).
In Your Blood es el tercer album de la banda, fue editado el 21 de mayo de 2007 bajo el sello Season Of Mist. El album se compone de 12 canciones nuevas que constituyen un paso adelante en la carrera del grupo.

Rhapsody Of Fire, antes Rhapsody, es una banda de power metal sinfónico / epic metal originaria de Italia, formada en 1993. Han ido evolucionando desde el llamado power metal épico hasta una mezcla entre heavy metal y ritmos célticos, medievales y sinfónicos. Por motivos legales debieron cambiar de nombre en 2006 por el de Rhapsody Of Fire.
El album Live In Canada 2005: The Dark Secret, fue editado en 2006 por el sello Magic circle Music, y es el primer disco en vivo de la banda. Fue grabado el 14 de junio de 2005 en Montreal, Canadá durante la primera parte del Demons, Dragons And Warriors Tour.

Luca Turilli's Dreamquest :: Lost Horizons (2006)

Luca Turilli's Dreamquest es un grupo de gothic metal y symphonic metal con un corte épico, creado por Luca Turilli. Este músico italiano, nacido el 5 de marzo de 1972, es uno de los fundadores de la exitosa banda de metal sinfónico Rhapsody of Fire. Luca Turilli también ha trabajado en una trilogía de discos de carácter solista. El tercero de ellos, The Infinite Wonders of Creation, fue lanzado al mercado el 26 de mayo de 2006.

En su música se hacen mezclas de sopranos con órganos y melodías clásicas de estilo medieval, con estribillos intensos de un corte épico-clásico a los que se añaden elementos del dance metal. Rhapsody es su banda principal, su trabajo como solista es su proyecto paralelo, y Dreamquest se podría considerar como un efluente para dar salida a todas las ideas musicales que corren por la mente del genio italiano. Este trabajo, este proyecto paralelo del paralelo, en lugar de estar enfocado a las guitarras, lo está en los teclados.

Thy Majestie es una banda italiana de epic symphonic power metal formada en 1999 por Giuseppe Bondi y Claudio Diprima. Su album debut, The Lasting Power, fue editado en abril de 2000 por el sello Scarlet Records, que tuvo gran aceptación a pesar de su escasa producción. En 2002 editaron su segundo trabajo, Hasting 1066, y en 2005 editaron Jeanne D'Arc.
Este último es un album conceptual acerca de la historia de Juana de Arco, desde su revelación divina hasta ser ejecutada en la hoguera.

Elvenking :: To Oak Woods Bestowed (2000) [Demo]

Elvenking es un grupo italiano de Folk/Power Metal, formado en el 1997 por los guitarristas Aydan y Jarpen. Tras un comienzo problematico debido a distintos problemas con los integrantes, finalmente quedan Aydan, Jarpen, Damnagoras (voz), Zender (bateria), Elyghen (violín), y Gorlan (bajo).
En 2000 lanzan su promo demo To Oak Woods Bestowed, con buena aceptación, firmando luego con el sello AFM Records. El demo fue grabado y mezclado por Luigi Stefanini en NEW SIN STUDIOS, Italia.

Line Up: Damnagoras (voz, bajo), Jarpen (guitarra, gruñidos), Aydan (guitarra) y Zender (batería).

Elvenking :: Heathenreel (2001)

Elvenking es un grupo italiano de Folk/Power Metal, formado en el 1997 por los guitarristas Aydan y Jarpen. Hay más info sobre ellos aquí.
En 2000 lanzan su promo demo To Oak Woods Bestowed, con bastante buena aceptación, firmando luego con el sello AFM Records.
En 2001 lanzan su album debut, Heathenreel. Fue grabado en los estudios New Sin Audio Design por Luigi Stefanini y mezclado en los Estudios Fredman por Fredrik Nordstrom. Travis Smith estuvo a cargo de la portada, y el logo del grupo fue realizado por J.P. Fournier, conocido por sus trabajos para Avantasia e Immortal.
Hethenreel se editó el 23 de julio de 2001, con excelentes críticas en todo el mundo, y Elvenking empezó a tocar en festivales con grupos como Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray, Edguy o Virgin Steele.

Lacuna Coil :: In A Reverie (1999)

Lacuna Coil es un grupo de gothic metal formado en Milán, Italia en 1994 por el bajista y compositor Marco Coti Zelati, el vocalista Andrea Ferro y la bella cantante Cristina Scabbia. El nombre original de la banda fue Sleep Of Right, que en 1995 fue cambiado a Ethereal, y finalmente al nombre definitivo, Lacuna Coil, que significa "espiral vacío" en italiano.

Luego de dos demos (Ethereal -1996- y Lacuna Coil EP -1997) editan su album debut In A Reverie en 1999. El disco se compone de 9 canciones de tono oscuro, triste, melancólico, con texturas atmosféricas y guitarras distorsionadas, en el que el duo vocal de Andrea Ferro y Cristina Scabbia contrapone voces guturales a voces líricas y delicadas, con personalidad propia.

Cherry Lips :: Cherry Lips (EP 2008)

Stefi and Karima thought up Cherry Lips while they were still in high school in Verona. They had no doubts about the kind of band they wanted: very young and strictly girls only but with a classic rock sound that would draw its inspiration from Ac/Dc, Aerosmith, The Who. All the songs would be in English, which wasn’t a problem since Stefania Parks (voice and guitar) is a mothertongue English speaker, daughter of the English novelist, Tim Parks. It wasn’t easy. After trying out various line-ups, Serena finally took over on drums while Elisa arrived from Trento to give the band a first class guitar soloist. With the professional expertise of Fabio Serra (Opal Arts Studio) the debut cd was ready at the beginning of 2008. Under the vintage rock lablel Andromeda Relix a limited vynl-look run was printed off for distribution at concerts with a series of ‘polaroids’ of the girls in place of the usual booklet. Since March 2008 the band has been playing all over Italy (including a prestigious appearance at the famous Thunder Road) and getting enthusiastic reviews in the specialized press and webmagazines. During the summer they won the IndieTime competition, which meant playing with The FutureHeads (July 3rd) on their only tour appearance in Italy. They were also one of the seven groups selected for Cornetto Algida’s Free Music Audition competition. That gave them the chance to open at Elisa’s concert at the Derby Theatre, Milan (July 2nd). At the same time the band produced their first videoclip, “Mean, hot and nasty” which was immediately taken up by Rock TV, MusicBox, TeleNordEst, GetRocked, UnoTv, SulPalcoTv and TelevisioNet, and will soon be played on Yahoo! Music’s prestigious on-demand international channel...
