Emperor Discografia

Emperor es una banda de black metal noruego fundada en 1991, disuelta en 2001 y reformada en 2005. Actualmente formada por Samoth, Ihsahn y Trym. Si bien Emperor no puede ser considerado dentro del black metal sinfónico o melódico, es uno de los impulsadores de dichos subgéneros.

Sus letras hablan sobre satanismo en un principio, posteriormente sobre ideas vikingas y paganas, centrándose en la oscuridad, la fuerza del ser humano, temas de ocultismo, leyendas/folklore noruego y algunos temas más. El grupo estuvo relacionado con la escena underground del black metal noruego de principios de los noventa, y en el llamado Inner circle noruego.

Radical es una banda uruguaya formada en 2004 por el guitarrista y compositor Gabriel Brikman luego de su alejamiento de Chopper, banda icónica del metal local.
Radical es una banda conceptual, con la intención explícita de "ser radicales", es decir, de volver a las raíces más puras e ir más allá de los canones del metal, pero también de ser extrema y controvertida. Podría decirse que esta banda en sí misma es una declaración de principios. La integran otros reconocidos músicos de la escena uruguaya: Gabrihell Barbieri (ex-Motosierra), Rodrigo Costas (ex-Kamikaze) y, actualmente, Leonardo Rodríguez (ex-Chopper).
Sus composiciones dificilmente pueden ser encasilladas en un solo género, y son prueba de ello los polifacéticos tracks de su album debut, Perfecto Infierno, editado en 2006 bajo Extreme Zone Records. Su sonido es crudo, contundente, violento; a la vez melódico y extremo. Este trabajo obtuvo el Premio Graffitti 2007 en la categoría "Mejor álbum de Heavy Metal", reconocimiento que ya habían recibido el año anterior por su EP Radio (2005).

Ihsahn (nacido en 1975 como Vegard Sverre Tveitan) es un vocalista, guitarrista, bajista, tecladista y compositor noruego. También es conocido por ser el fundador de la banda de Symphonic Black Metal Emperor en 1991.

Musicalmente, si bien gira en torno a un estilo progresivo principalmente, combina varios elementos de diferentes estilos como Symphonic Black Metal, Death Metal, Thrash Metal y Heavy Metal.

angL es su segundo álbum de estudio, editado el 26 de Mayo del 2008. Cuenta con la participacion especial de Mikael Åkerfeldt en el tema Unhealer.

Bueno pues respondiendo a una peticion aqui os dejo el relanzamiento del nymphetamine con el cd extra con curiosidades, personalmente considero ésta una obra menor de los COF, unico que sacaron con una multinacional y que iba a ser "un gran exito mundial" (sic), y que por excesivas concesiones al mainstream se quedo en... nada.
