Practice What You Preach es el tercer album de estudio de la banda de thrash metal Testament, editado en 1989. Se dice que fue grabado en vivo en el estudio con muy escasos retoques. La temática de las letras está más orientada hacia la política y la sociedad que hacia las temáticas ocultistas y satánicas de los albumes anteriores. Fue producido por Alex Perialas y editado por el sello Atlantic/Megaforce.

Los renacidos Testament dan un repaso de su gran historial en directo en la década que los vió nacer. La agrupación californiana edito este 14 de Abril a través de Prosthetic Records, el en vivo Live at Eindhoven ‘87, con arte de Carson Slovak.

Este plástico cuenta con una explosiva actuación de Testament y su alineación original: el cantante Chuck Billy, los guitarristas Eric Peterson y Alex Skolnick, el baterista Louie Clemente, y el bajista Greg Christian.

El show fue grabado durante su estancia en Holanda en el festival hoy extinto, Dynamo Open Air.

Legacy (PRE- Testament) :: Demo: 1 (1985)

Testament es una banda de Thrash Metal estadounidense formada en el año 1983 originalmente bajo el nombre Legacy. Eric Peterson, su fundador, reclutó al bajista Greg Christian, al guitarrista Alex Skolnick, a Steve Souza como cantante y a Mike Ronchette en la batería.

Legacy lanzó un único demo, titulado simplemente Demo: 1, aunque también se lo conoce como "First Strike is Deadly". Tras este trabajo, Mike Ronchette abandona la banda y es reemplazado por Louie Clemente.

Steve Souza también abandona la banda para ingresar a Exodus, y sugiere en reemplazo de su puesto al cantante Chuck Billy.

Mientras Legacy estaba en proceso de grabación de su primer álbum, la banda fue forzada a cambiarse el nombre a Testament (nombre sugerido por Billy Milano de S.O.D.), porque "Legacy" era una marca registrada de una banda de Jazz.

Testament es una banda de thrash metal formada en 1983 en California, Estados Unidos. Originalmente se llamaban Legacy, nombre que debieron cambiar, por razones de copiryght, a Testament. Es una de las bandas más importantes del género luego de Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth y Slayer. El album debut se llamó The Legacy y fue editado en 1987.
Está formada actualmente por: Chuck Billy (Voz), Eric Peterson (guitarra), Alex Skolnick (guitarra), Greg Christian (Bajo) y Nick Barker - (batería).
The Spitfire Collection (2007) salió a la venta el 20 de febrero. Este recopilatorio contiene temas de la etapa Spitfire/Testament de los álbumes The Gathering (1999), Demonic (1997), Live at the Fillmore (1995), First Strike Still Deadly (2001) y Live in London (2005). Consta de 14 temas entre los que se incluyen versiones en vivo de clásicos como "Practice What You Preach", "Over the Wall", y "Souls of Black".
