Lanzado mundialmente el 20 de septiembre de 2005. Debutó en el número 1 en EEUU. Además de Ten Thousand Fists el grupo ha lanzado las canciones Hell y Monster.

Hubo una gira europea programada que tuvo que ser aplazada dos veces debido a problemas con la voz de David Draiman.
