Hecate Enthroned es una banda británica de black metal sinfónico. Fue formada en 1993 bajo el nommbre Daemonum por quien más adelante sería por un tiempo el bajista de Cradle Of Filth, Jon Pritchard (voz y bajo), y Nigel (guitarras). Tras muchos y significativos cambios de formación editan The Slaughter Of Innocence (A Requiem For The Mighty), su album debut, el 21 de Octubre de 1997 a través de Metal Blade. Este trabajo fue producido por Andy Sneap.
