Diferente al estilo musical que tiene hoy en día, Behemoth en sus comienzos era una banda de Black Metal agresiva y cruda, podría decirse que similar a las bandas Black de "la vieja escuela".

And the Forests Dream Eternally es el primer EP de Behemoth lanzado en Agosto del 1995 bajo el sello italiano Enthopy Records, y fue relanzado en el 2005 con los temas del EP Bewitching the Pomerania como bonus track.
