Nightwish :: Century Child (2002)

Century Child es el cuarto album de Nightwish, Salio a la venta en el año 2002, luego del EP Over The Hills And Far Away (2001). Es el primer album de la banda con el bajista Marco Hietala, miembro del grupo Tarot, ganando con eso un excelente y nuevo vocalista para complementar la voz de Tarja Turunen.
En este nuevo album tocan grandes temas desde la furia de "Slaying the Dreamer" hasta el romaticismo en "Forever Yours". El album incluye un cover de El Fantasma de la Opera (The Panthom Of The Opera). El track "Beauty of the Beast" consta de 3 partes: "Long Love Lost", "One More Night To Live" y "Christabel". Fue producido por Tuomas Holopainen y Tero Kinnunen, y co-producido por Nightwish.
